The following is my first podcast interview. Yes, I was a little nervous. I had about a glass or maybe a glass and a half of wine just before (pinot noir, no I will NOT drink merlot!!!).
And I took a full day off of work, just to be ready for the big day. I also bought a cordless telephone and got signed up for a landline to try to ensure that there would be a clear signal. Unbeknownst to me, some warbling monsters snuck their way onto the recording but they only cry out for freedom occasionally.
So, I was listening to the radio a couple days ago and there was a typical male/female duo explaining how men need to “step-it-up” when it comes to “treating women with respect” and “being chivalrous.” And then we all nod our heads and say, “Yes, that sounds right.” Right? I’m not totally convinced. What if I was to say this: “If a man treats a woman with chivalry in this day-and-age it may actually REDUCE his chances of ‘success’?” That’s right.
